No matter your background or industry, it is common knowledge that working at heights can be extremely dangerous. There are a number of factors that must be considered when working at heights to ensure that the work is kept as safe as possible.

Statistics have shown that falls from heights are one of the most common causes of injuries within the workplace. In many circumstances, they can result in serious injuries and even fatalities. On some occasions, falls can even put members of the public at risk should they be passing by. As a result, it is crucial that anyone carrying out any form of work at height understands how to work both safely and responsibility while also working in accordance with the law.

Course Details

Our working safely at height training course is designed to provide employees and employers with all of the information required to work at height while controlling all of the risks involved. It helps to comply with Work at Height Regulations (2005), allowing you to work in accordance with the law. We will teach you how to assess the risk involved in working at a height, as well as how to access and use equipment as safely as possible. This helps to manage and control risks, while at the same time reducing the overall risk of falls from any height. Our training course is:

  • Online and can be accessed whenever necessary.
  • Includes audio voiceover
  • Lasts between 2-3 hours
  • Includes a certificate upon completion
  • Has approval from health and safety professionals
  • Ensures compliance with Work at Height Regulations (2005).

Who Is This Course Designed for?

Our course is designed for any business or person who works at any height above ground level, in order to prove that they have an understanding of how to remain safe in the work that they are completing. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that all employees undergo such training if they are to undergo any work from a height. This includes professions such as:

  • Gutter cleaning.
  • Solar panel installation.
  • Putting up displays.
  • Minor roof work.
  • Shelf stacking.
  • Window cleaning.
  • Unloading a vehicle.
  • Machine maintenance.
  • Excavations.
